The Tenth Amendment contains a very important concept: anything not required of the government, is forbidden to the government. Nowhere in the Constitution or any amendment does it require the government to educate the people. Therefore, it may not do it. In other words, the Department of Education is an illegal agency of the government. Doesn't that inspire your confidence?
